From Cordoba to the world, flamenquín is a typically Spanish dish that has crossed borders due to its simplicity and taste. Loved in equal parts by young and old alike, the traditional recipe includes pieces of Serrano ham and pork loin ribbons rolled up and dipped in breadcrumbs.

Cut the chorizo into very thin slices on the bias.
Place a slice of ham on top of another slice of cheese and add the slices of chorizo.
