The company was founded in 1920 by Amando Loza who gave his name to the business.
Based in the Rioja region of northern Spain, internationally recognized for its great wines, the company is located in a small town in Alta Rioja, Baños de Río Tobía. The town is located at the foot of the La Demanda mountain range, which culminates at an altitude of more than 2000 meters and offers ideal climatic conditions for the production of hams and charcuterie: harsh winters, short and light summers are the keys to the unique drying and slow of their products.
