Beef skewer with spicy Rioja chorizo

There is no barbecue or outdoor lunch without skewers. Is there anything more delicious than skewers with meat and a selection of the best seasonal vegetables? Yes, the result can be even tastier with the addition of Riojan chorizo sausage. An extra flavor and quality, with a slightly spicy touch.

Today we will prepare skewers with Iberian pork tenderloin and the best chorizo sausage from La Rioja, to make your barbecue or grill a success. A great option for family celebrations or among friends that will please adults and children alike.

Ingredients
 400 g of Iberian pork tenderloin
 Chorizo riojano spicy sausage
 Onion
 Zucchini
 Pumpkin
 1 bunch of thyme
 1c/c cumin
 1c/c garlic powder
 Salt
 Pepper
Elaboration

Cut the chorizo into slices and cut the sirloin into cubes similar in size to the chorizo.

Put the tenderloin cubes to marinate with a little cumin, garlic powder, thyme, salt and pepper. If we have time we leave them to marinate for 1 hour.

Place the meat and the chorizo on the skewers alternating between them.

Cut the vegetables in slices and season them, let them sweat and dry them. Add oil and thyme and grill them together with the skewers.

Serve the skewers together with the vegetables.
