In this case, we will serve it in toasts, although this recipe is ideal to be consumed in any format: skewer or tapa... It all depends on the size of the bread we choose and how we want to surprise our guests.

 1/2 spicy Rioja chorizo
 4 slices of bread
 100 g eels
 2 cloves garlic
 Parsley
 Olive oil

Toast the bread in a frying pan with a little oil and pepper.

Meanwhile, slice and sauté the garlic in a frying pan with a little oil, add half of the chorizo cut into thin slices and sauté for a second.

Add the gulas, sauté for a few more seconds and place on the toast.
